Why am I giving away a chapter of Hiring is Hard?
A few reasons. The first is that I want to see more new businesses succeed, and for some of them, that means getting hiring right. I like being running my company and I like the people I know who are in business, and the whole game is hard enough. If I can do something to make it just a little easier, I’m happy to.
